Carley's Banner

So I've had this made for Carley's room for awhile now, but with so much going on and other projects to post, I totally forgot to share! I always seem to share the stuff I give away to others and forget about the stuff I keep! :)

But I made this awesome banner for Carley's room with the help of my good friend, Gina! This banner was made with supplies from Close To My Heart and has two sides to it.  (I made one of these similar banners for Carley’s friend Paizli for her 2nd birthday back at the beginning of June.)

I just love this banner!  (And it's sooo hard to take pictures of a banner tho! Ugh.)

Found a spot on Carley’s yellow walls (in her Wizard of Oz room)….
I loved the soft colors on this side of the banner!  :)

When I made this banner at first, it had metal rings to connect the pennants together (see above in these close-ups).  But I decided to remove these and used jute rope to hang the banner instead as seen in the first picture above.

The other side……I loved making these rosettes especially!

And of course………..bows and buttons are always a nice touch!  ;)

Another close-up of the other side!

Again, thank you Gina for your help with this and the supplies!  I could even use this banner for future birthday parties if wanted in the years to come!  I plan to make more of these! :)

Again, have a great and safe July 4th weekend everyone!
