Well hello everyone!
I know it's been forever since I posted.....I don't get much crafting done these days (boooohoooo!) since I'm in college full time! I do have so much to make though and so many ideas about to pop out of my head, it's crazy!
But this past weekend was my neighbor's granddaughter Kelli's 11th birthday and she asked me to make something special for her, so I did of course! They have a dog named Lucky that they keep for her and Kelli just absolutely adores this dog! And of course Lucky loves her too! :)
So for her birthday I made her this framed layout to hang in her room of her special friend, Lucky!
The photo that Joy, Kelli's grandma gave me is of Lucky in his first snow earlier this year! Isn't he cute? :)
I used my trusty Create A Critter cartridge to create this puppy and to cut the larger bone images used around the photo and for underneath the "Puppy Love" stickers from Jolee's Boutique.
The papers and other stickers are from The Paper Studio. I added his name with my finepoint Sharpie to the dog tag sticker! I used my Chocolate Traditional Bakers Twine from My Craft Spot for the journaling tag (from Creative Memories) and the button. The ribbons are from ACMoore.
Joy said that Kelli had a fit when she opened up this present! She said that she loved it! I'm so glad that she did! Happy Birthday sweetie!
